Milling and Cutting Robotic Cell

Robotic milling is the process of carving material from a mold to create a specific or complex shape using any material from plastic, metal, foam, wood to alloys. Milling robots can perform the exact cuts and the precise movements required to produce the highest quality parts. Generally this process consists of two stages where the first one is the fast and cost-effective way of removing material giving way to the second one that is the finish of the structure based on dimensions, degree of surfaces that define furrows in detail, profiles, openings and even three-dimensional surface contours.

We can provide a complete turnkey solution for milling projects, the standard cell includes the following:

KUKA KR240 or KR210 with a KRC2ed05 controller, totally refurbished by our expert KUKA technicians
A spindle with automatic tool changer, air or water cooled
Basic set of tools of 5 bits and 5 cones that would enable you to do almost any jobs
A tool holder station with sensors and calibration tool
Complete Sprutcam Robot Licence www.sprutcam.com
Installation, basic training for KUKA robot operator, introduction to Sprutcam training

Extra :
Turning table up to 1 Ton for 9,900€
KUKA KR360 instead of the KR240 for 9,000€
Linear track up to 15-18 mt
The result is a cell that it would be easy to use, with best quality components and with reasonable price.
This same system can be used, with small changes, as a CNC plasma cutting machine (2D or 3D) with an incredible big area of work.

Now the system it is offered at the price 65.800€ Special offer: 58,800€ for Foam and Wood or for Marble/Stone – Price: 78.500€ Special offer: 69,500€

Also, we could offer other robots such as KUKA KR210 Krc4 and other models. Please for more information do not hesitate to contact us.
