The Motoman welding cell with 2 robots MA1400 with the controller NX100, Fronius, and positioner RM2-500 3SX has the following components:

  1. Motoman  Industrial Robots:
    • 2 units – 6-axis robot MA1400 with a 3kg payload
    • 1390 mm horizontal arm reach
  1. Positioner:
  • Positioner RM2-500 3SX (3500 mm between plates) is a rotating positioner designed to manipulate the workpieces for optimal welding positions.
  1. Welding Machine:
    • Fronius TPS4000 welding machine

The NX100 controller from Motoman has several features:
