The Motoman welding cell with the HP50-20 robot, Fronius TPS4000 welding machine, 2 positioners, and 11,50 m linear track is an automated welding system manufactured and specialized in industrial robotics.

The HP50-20 is a 6-axis industrial robot that comes with a payload of 20 kg and an arm reach 3106 mm. It has high precision and reliability in welding applications. The Fronius TPS4000 is known for its high-quality welding power sources. The 2 positions, each have a payload capacity of 1500 kg, and they enable better access for the welding robot and enhance the overall efficiency of the welding process. The 11,50 m linear track is used to expand the working area of the robot, allowing it to move along the track to access different workstations or cover a larger area for welding.

The Motoman welding cell with an HP50-20 robot, Fronius TPS4000 welding machine,  two positioners, and 11, 50 m linear track is used for arc welding and spot welding applications.

ABB IRB 140 M2004

The ABB IRB 140 M2004 robot is a versatile industrial robot with a 5 kg load capacity and an arm reach of 810 mm. The robot is suitable for handling parts, loading, and unloading of parts, and measurement.
