The MH50-20 robot with its 6-axis movement, 20 kg payload capacity, 3106mm horizontal arm reach, and 0.08 mm repeatability accuracy is well-equipped for precise and efficient welding tasks. Pairing it with two 1-axis positioners and a 5-meter linear track allows flexible workpiece manipulation and access. The Fronius TPS4000 welding machine is a robust choice for welding applications, providing reliable performance and quality welds.

The DX100 controller can handle multi-robot control with up to 8 robots and 72 coordinated movement axes. The integration of ladder logic processing, extensive I/O addresses, fieldbus network connections, and HMI display panels on the pendant offers comprehensive control and monitoring options.

The controller’s features like Advanced Robot Motion Control (ARM) for increased productivity, energy-saving capabilities, easy maintenance with diagnostics and status verification functions, as well as its compatibility with compact flash and USB for backups, make it a user-friendly and efficient system.

The programming pendant with a color touch screen and multi-window display capability using Windows® CE is convenient for programming and monitoring the welding operations.
